Hello everyone, i've recently encountered a lot of problems with my laptop (Sony Vaio E-Series, core i3 processor, 2GB RAM), One of the main problems I've been having is that my BIOS won't recognize the hard drive of the laptop, therefore i can't do a clean installation (since the windows 8 installer CD won't recognize the hard drive and gives me the 'hardware does not support the disk' prompt). Now one of the solutions I have read online is to mod the InsydeH20 BIOS so that i can unlock the hidden settings and modify parameters in order for the hard drive to be recognized, however I am unable to use any of the conventional methods because my laptop is not booting and will only show me an 'Operating System not found' prompt when I turn it on.
