Survival outcomes are modest at best, and there have been numerous obstacles to the development of effective strategies to manage GBM.

This educational activity has the dual objectives of updating healthcare providers on the latest advances influencing patient care, as well as bringing greater attention to the patient perspective along the continuum of care (eg, screening, diagnosis, information gathering, initiation of treatment, disease progression, eligibility and enrollment in clinical trials, palliation).
