The UMaine Cessna 172 with the Garmin G1000 flight deck. This was a cold, wintery evening flight, finishing up my familiarization training in the G1000 control system. We took of from KBGR around 3 PM for a 2 hour flight that included steep turns, slow flight, stalls, turns around a point, and then landings. As I'm starting my IFR training we also did a RNAV/GPS approach into runway 30 at KOLD and then back to KBGR. The GoPro was a little tilted when I mounted it to my headset, hence why the video is slightly out of frame.
